Promise-a-Child (Child Sponsorship)

In this project, we identify impoverished children with and without special educational needs from the local community and pair them with donors who are willing to commit to sponsorship for a minimum of 3 years. In addition to financial difficulties, many of these children are challenged by social, cultural, physical, or intellectual limitations. A number of the children are being taken care of by extended family including elderly and ailing grandparents or other struggling community members because the parents are absent or unsuitable to provide care.
